A 3-month Heels Bootcamp designed to build real strength, sharpen technique, boost stamina, and level up your performance quality. Train with us for 2 hours on 3–4 Sundays each month (with one Sunday off per month in relation to federal holidays). Expect personalized coaching, progressive training, and a supportive environment that transforms how you move in and out of heels.
At the end of the program, we will be putting our performance training to the test with a short performance piece to be performed Saturday, March 28th for an audience at a TBD location.
This program is for the ambitious beginner, or someone already on their heels journey who is ready to elevate. Let's get to werk!
