1. Cancellation Period: Please notify us of any cancellations at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled class or session.

2. Refunds or Credits:

   • If you cancel within the 12-hour period, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or class credit due to demand and instructor preparation.

   • If you cancel within the 24 hour period, we can offer you class credit for a future class.

   • If you cancel before the 24 hour period, we can offer you a full refund.

3. No-Shows: In the event of a no-show without prior notice, the class/session fee will be non-refundable.

4. Exceptions: We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. In such cases, please contact us directly as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your situation.

5. Rescheduling: If you wish to reschedule a class or session, please notify us within the cancellation period. We'll do our best to find a suitable alternative.
