Born in the Bronx in the 80s, breaking is all about power, rhythm, and self-expression. In this intro workshop, you’ll learn the history, drill top rock basics, beginner floorwork, and build up to a freeze. We’ll end with a freestyle cypher so you can bring your own flavor to the floor. No experience needed!

This Beginner Heels Technique Workshop will dive deeper into the fundamentals needed to start or advance your heels journey. We’ll start with a quick intro to the style, followed by a warm-up and breakdown of fundamental heels technique: bevels, walking, posing, hair whips, and more. Then, you’ll put it all together in a short, fierce combo to Beyoncé’s “7/11”. Come learn, sharpen, and apply these skills to guide you on the wonderful world of heels!

Step into the world of ballroom! This 2-hour video workshop explores how vogue culture shaped the mainstream, with a look at ballroom history and artists like KATSEYE, whose 'Gabriela' music video is rooted in vogue-inspired movements. You'll get an intro to vogue fundamentals, learn the iconic choreo to KATSEYE's "Gabriela", and have the option to film your own solo or group video. Heels encouraged, not required!
