Join us for a slow flow floorwork video workshop inspired by low flow pole style movements. This workshop will combine slow and controlled sensual floor moves in a sultry combo to "Is It A Crime" by Sade. Pleasers encouraged, but not required -- you may substitute for regular dance heels or socks/barefeet. Knee pads needed -- available for purchase in the studio.
