Join us for a slow flow floorwork video workshop inspired by low flow pole style movements. This workshop will combine sensual floor moves with a little chairography. Pleasers encouraged, but not required -- you may substitute for regular dance heels or socks/barefeet. Knee pads needed -- available for purchase in the studio.
