Bring the heat, joy and celebration of Latin dance to the stage with “Pa’ Mayte” by Carlos Vives! This high-energy Latin fusion piece blends salsa, champeta and Afro-Latin elements into a vibrant performance made for the stage.
Led by our Reggaeton instructor, Desi Rosa, dancers will learn the choreography, develop formations, clean the piece and build the performance quality needed to bring its energy fully to life at Free Mind’s Annual Showcase on Tuesday, November 17th at Brooklyn Art Haus.

A tutorial video will be included so dancers can review the choreography and practice between rehearsals/show.
REQUIRED DRESS REHEARSAL & SHOWCASE
Saturday, November 14th — Dress Rehearsal at 5pm
Tuesday, November 17th — Live Showcase at Brooklyn Art Haus at 7:30pm (call time ~5pm - 5:30pm)
You must be available for all four rehearsals, the dress rehearsal and the showcase to participate.
All levels are welcome! Previous reggaeton experience is recommended but not required. This series is perfect for dancers ready to challenge themselves, perform alongside a committed group and experience the full process of taking a Latin fusion piece from the studio to the stage.
